These terms govern your use of fireups.online and the services FireUps.online, operated by Jageshwarnath Enterprises, provides through it. By using this site or submitting an enquiry you accept them.

What we do

We are a distributor and direct selling agent. We do not lend, issue cards, open accounts or underwrite insurance ourselves. Every product is provided by a bank, NBFC, broker or insurer, and the decision to approve or decline is theirs alone, made under their own policy.

No guarantee of approval

Nothing on this site is an offer or a commitment to sanction. Eligibility figures, EMI figures and interest rates shown here are indicative, are calculated on the inputs you provide, and do not bind any lender. Your actual rate, charges and sanction depend on the lender’s assessment of your profile.

Information you give us

You confirm that the information and documents you give us are true and are yours to give. A false or forged document ends the application and may be reported to the lender and the authorities.

Charges

Processing fees, insurance premiums, valuation and legal charges are levied by the lender or insurer under their own schedule and are disclosed to you before you accept a sanction. Any service fee of our own is told to you in advance and in writing.

Third-party links

This site links to bank, insurer and broker pages we do not control. We are not responsible for their content or their terms.

Limitation of liability

We are liable for our own service to you. We are not liable for a lender’s decision, a delay at the lender’s end, or any loss arising from a product’s terms, which are between you and the provider.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Indian law, and the courts at Sagar, Madhya Pradesh have jurisdiction.
