We collect the details you give us yourself — your name, phone number, email address, city, the product you are interested in, and, when you proceed with an application, the income, employment, identity and address documents that a lender or insurer requires. We also collect basic technical information such as your IP address and browser type when you visit this site.

Why we collect it

To respond to your enquiry, check your eligibility, prepare and submit your application to banks, NBFCs and insurers, and keep you updated on it. We also use your contact details to tell you about products we think are relevant — you can ask us to stop at any time.

Who we share it with

We share your information with the banks, NBFCs, insurers, brokers and their verification agencies that are handling your application, and with our own staff and authorised channel partners who are working on your file. We share it with no one else, except where the law or a regulator requires it. We do not sell your data.

Credit information

When you ask us to check your eligibility, you authorise us and our partner lenders to obtain your credit information report from a credit bureau. That report is used to assess the application and for no other purpose.

How long we keep it

We keep application records for as long as the lender or the law requires, and enquiry records for as long as they are useful to serve you. You may ask us to delete information we are not required to keep.

Your choices

You can ask us for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to stop contacting you, or withdraw a consent you have given. Write to contact@fireups.in and we will act on it.

Security

Access to your documents is restricted to the people working on your file. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security, but we take reasonable steps to protect what you give us.
